Residential
We help home buyers and sellers negotiate terms that work for both parties and guide our clients step-by-step through the entire process. Because of the volume of real estate transactions we handle throughout the state of NJ we are able to help our clients locate financing, process refinance transactions and foreclosure buyouts as well as standard buy/sell agreements.
All our real estate closings are handled by attorneys. We use our paralegals, law clerks and administrative assistants to process routine paperwork that falls within the scope of their training when we believe that is the most effective use of our clients’ money.
Commercial
We handle a wide range of commercial real estate transactions valued at millions of dollars for buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers, builders and lenders. In addition to the sale and purchase of real property, we handle complex lease arrangements for commercial properties such as office space, retail space and other large commercial facilities. We also handle real estate, zoning, regulatory and land use matters for developers, investors, and others throughout the state.
As part of our commercial real estate practice we frequently help our clients structure incorporation and partnership agreements designed specifically to facilitate real estate transactions and ownership agreements. |
