Therefore, we make every effort to reach a workable resolution through arbitration or mediation because that is, generally, the best and most cost-effective solution for our clients. However, if we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution we forcefully pursue our clients’ interests through the courts. Our litigators have successfully represented clients in both NJ and NY state courts as well as federal court at the trial and appellate level.
