Banking ServicesOur corporate finance attorneys represent lenders and developers in all phases of a project including negotiations, drafting agreements and associated documents such as contracts, finance agreements, letters of intent, letters of credit, reimbursement agreements, security agreements etc. We also represent residential mortgage lenders and borrowers from commitment through closing. Our commercial lending practice represents financial institutions, other lenders and borrowers in both secured and unsecured commercial loan transactions as well as tax advantaged transactions, affordable housing projects, multi-family constructions, hotels, office buildings and retail facilities.
